Working together
We work with founders and product teams who are trying to turn AI ideas into real, shippable systems.
This usually involves clarifying what is actually worth building, designing a pragmatic technical approach, and helping implement the first version — either collaboratively or hands-on.
What we help with
Typical situations where this work is useful:
From idea to feature plan
Turning vague "we should add AI" ideas into concrete, buildable feature specs.
Technical design
Designing AI workflows that fit naturally into existing products and team capabilities.
De-risking early builds
Catching expensive mistakes before they compound — architecture, tooling, scope.
Technical partnership
Acting as a short-term technical partner for founders building their first AI features.
How we work
Engagements are typically short-term and exploratory.
We work best with teams who want to think clearly, move deliberately, and avoid unnecessary complexity. We don't take on many clients at once, and we're selective about fit.
This is not an agency or staff-augmentation setup. The goal is usually to create clarity and momentum early, not to build indefinitely.
This work is adjacent to FWD AI Lab.
The lab is where we experiment and publish openly; consulting is where we help teams apply similar ideas in their own specific context.
